Please note that this certification should be filled in at the end of the student’s stay abroad and
return to Erasmus Office by e-mail to erasmus@bilgi.edu.tr no later than 2 weeks after the last day
of studies in the host country.
Duration: at least 3 entire months, maximum twelve months.
IMPORTANT:

The start date is the first day that you are expected to be present for academic reasons (i.e. official
start date or mandatory welcome/introduction/orientation) weeks/days). The end date is the last day
you are expected to be present because of academic reasons (i.e. final examination or last day of the
course).

Your scholarship is calculated based on the number of days in your study period.

If your actual study period ends up to be different than what you wrote in your grant agreement
before the mobility, your scholarship will be recalculated.

Remaining 20% of your Erasmus scholarship will be provided after submitting all after mobility
documents and meeting the academic success criteria.

If the actual study period in the certificate of participation is less than what was stated in the
application, the difference will be withdrawn from the final amount.

If the actual study period in the certificate of participation study period is longer than what was
stated in the application, difference will be added to the final amount.
