FOREWORD

My time in the Work Immersion Program during my senior year of high school was truly

eye-opening and rewarding. Spending ten days in a professional workplace gave me

practical insights that will shape my future career.

I was excited and nervous about experiencing a government institution in Bayambang.

The staff members who guided me were kind and willing to share their knowledge,

which made the experience even more valuable.

I got to do a variety of tasks, like helping with community projects and learning about

financial aid requests. Each task taught me something new about how the government

works and the importance of empathy. At first, I was nervous, but as time went on, I

became more comfortable. I learned about being professional, communicating clearly,

and working in a team.

As the program progressed, I was given more responsibility and even got to lead some

projects. Working with other students and community members showed me the

importance of teamwork and community involvement.

Looking back, these ten days were life-changing. I'm grateful for the opportunity and

excited for what's to come. The Work Immersion Program has given me a great

foundation for my future career.
