2023 BRIGADA ESKWELA

ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

Brigada Eskwela 2023 was scheduled from August 14 to 19, 2023, Before the
implementation of the program, we monitored the available materials to be used, what are
the things needed to be repaired and we asked the helps of our parents. The 6 day
preparation for the upcoming academic year was a successful activity because of the active
participation of the teachers, parents and other stake holders.

Day 1. August 14, 2023

Kick-Off and Cleaning the School Surroundings

The kick-off was actively participated by our dear teachers and parents and then we
have a short orientation to the participants on what they should do. Our main task at this very
first day was school wide clean up, this involved sweeping the ground to remove the fallen
leaves and uprooting tall grasses. We took their attendances after rendering their voluntary
services.

Day 2. August 15 2023

Cutting Tall trees near the School buildings

On the second day of the brigada eskwela, we asked the presence of the male parents
to cut the tall trees within the school ground. These trees are very dangerous for these are
near the school buildings and it might fall if there are strong winds brought by typhoons.

Day 3. August 16, 2023

Removing Unnecessary Decorations and Painting of walls

Teachers focuses on their classrooms on the third day of Brigada. With the continuous
help of our dear parents, we remove all unnecessary decorations and after cleaning the walls,
we painted it. The day ended up successfully for we are able to finish our work.

Day 4. August 17, 2023

Nurturing plants and Preparation of the School Garden

Our attention on the day 4 was shifted on the plants around the school. We trimmed
tall bushes in front of the classrooms. Other parents uprooted the grasses in the school
garden and prepared the plots to be planted by pupils.

Day 5. August 18, 2023

Maintained the cleanliness of the School Surroundings

We maintained the cleanliness of the school grounds and continued the unfinished
works in the previous days like sweeping, uprooting grasses, cutting tall trees within the
school, nurturing the flowering plants and preparing the school garden.

Day 6. August 19, 2023

Accomplishment Reflections and Future Plans

The final day is full of pride for us teacher, parents, and other stakeholders for we
have transformed the school environment. Our school is ready to accept the learners for this
Academic Year 2023-2024. We have a short meeting and we reflected on our
accomplishments. We extended gratitude to all those who voluntarily help on this program.
As we look forward, we discussed plans to sustain the spirit of cooperation and ensure a more
successful Brigada Eskwela.
