and details canalization and agricultural. Even particularly from opposition parties raise the
demand for redefining of relation between the centre and the States. I think whenever any
political development takes place in a particular State or a particular party of a particular States
fills any pressure on it. In that situation the only one slogan is raised that the Central Government
is condemn excess. It is political issue on a financial issue.
Generally such things are raise three kinds firstly it is raised on account of the institution on
account of prevailing Financial Relation between the Centre and State and thirdly such things are
raised by different regional parties for their personnel political and conducts in the compulsion in
their State. If details canalisation is made with regard to it one terms to the conclusion that

issues. Sir if we take all example of the Present West Bengal Government which offend holds
Central Government responsible for any laps on their parts so that they could high their failure.

their financial need and have not providing them. The require financial resources and as a result
of which development projects remain in complete. Basically it is the Governments States which
are responsible for making development in their States. And in regard to full fill obligation them
not mention. States being presented before Financial Commission and the Financial resources are
distribute and accordingly and carely many but we see that whenever some States Government
became require financial resources to full fill of development works and also to function.
According to the aspection of people of that particular State then such State Government blame
Centre for not providing then required funds. I would like to submit to the Hon’ble Minister the
Home Minister that the Human Finances Commission solve devise formula would be provided
their maximum their should financial resources. The serious thoughts is require to given to do
formula so evolve under go mining charges but major charges to it great a balance and generally
some people to their responsibility and on this pre. Dis. Some days again some suggeston given
to Hon’ble Minister by Chief Minister of this State when Hon’ble Prime Minister they talked and
