IMPACT OF ACCOMPLISHMENT

Project PANDEMIC
Procure and Address the Need of disinfectant,
PROJECT Medical Supplies, and Items for Covid-19

To Surpass the threat of getting infected with Covid-19

virus, project PANDEMIC was made .It was designed to
properly account the supplies and items such as mask, face
Project Description shield, alcohol and other disinfectants, thermal scanner,
PPE, foot bath items and others, acquired from MOOE fund,
donations and pledges of the school stakeholders.
To procure essentials to be used in disinfection and daily
health monitoring of the school personnel and stakeholders .
Objective/s To acquire and provide sufficient supply of essentials for
each classroom to amidst Covid-19 .

Inside and outside school premises.

Scope
242 pupils,9 school personnel, and stakeholders.
Beneficiaries
There is the regular distribution of supplies such as face
masks and disinfectants for the personnel from MOOE
fund.
Items such as alcohol stands, foot bath mat, alcohol,
sanitizer were distributed for each classroom and properly
Accomplishments/ Results accounted.
Parents and stakeholders who rendered services for school
were also given masks and able to follow health protocols
during their stay.

The role of TEA Governance The safety and welfare of the school learners and its
personnel was the primary concern of the Department of
Education, especially during this time of crisis in the
delivery of Education. I Support from the school
stakeholders primary given by parents and Sangguniang
Barangay was evident as the school successfully
implemented its programs, projects, and activities during
 this time of pandemic.

PROJECT Support
 The project was designed to properly account the supplies
and items such as mask, face shield, alcohol and other
