Purchase of MVs shall be subject to the pertinent

guidelines issued by the DBM and other guidelines
that may be issued by the appropriate government

The DBM shall issue Confirmation Letter to

the beneficiary LGUs, informing them of the
Purchase of Vehicles issuance of the NCA for the purchase of
MVs, chargeable against the LGSF-FA to
LGUs.

MVs that falls under the authority of DILG,

namely, multi-purpose vehicles and multi-
cabs, shall be retained under DILG.

DILG shall be responsible for the monitoring and evaluation of actual project
implementation, including the documentary requirements to be submitted by the LGUs to be
used for monitoring and evaluation of projects covered by the LGSF.
