1. Check actual input pilot pressure

After Connect Pa1,Pb1 gauge (need to T port),
Check the Pilot pressure
- Spec : 30 ±2 bar when operating

1) If the input pilot pressure is abnormal

inspection and replacing Pressure Switch
2) If the problem is not solved after checking and
replacing parts, Check and Replace Fuse and
harness
* Refer to 4 page in regarding with part position

1.1 Check pi1 Pressure of MCV

(After Connect regulator pi1 gauge,
check the negative pressure)
- Check Negative pressure Pi1 check when
operating Outrigger
* Negative pressure Spec : 5±2 Bar

1) If the negative pressure is abnormal ,replace

Problem Spool
3 2) Negative pressure is normal, if there is a
problem, Check and Replace 2 Cartridge valve
* Refer to 5 page in regarding with part position
