    For keyholder clubs/groups with independent access to your All Weather Pitch or other facility that can be accessed with
    a key.

    If this key is lost I will notify the School Business Manager (or equivalent) immediately and agree to pay for any
    duplicates to be cut.

    I will ensure that the area(s) to which this key(s) provide access to is appropriately secure upon leaving the area(s).

    No duplicates will be cut without prior permission of the Site Manager or School Business Manager.

    I agree to ensure all keys will be handed back to the School Business Manager (or equivalent) upon leaving employment/
    the end of the letting period.
