BRUZON OUTMANEUVERS ARREZA, 2-1

Spilled with enticing techniques and an unbearable services, ace Clyde Dave Bruzon , grade
11 student outmaneuvers Jade Arreza, grade 10 student 2-1 in their Badminton Single Championship
Game during the Intramural 2022 held at Parang National High School Badminton court last
December 8, 2022.
Bruzon with his tricky-placing, served the shuttlecock with a kill that made Arreza
unattended. During the first set, both players rallied and displayed their remarkable smashes
however, Bruzon did not lost focus and able to fire a drop shot smash clinching 21-19.
On the other hand, Arezza regained back his disposition on the second set and able to snatch
the birdie against Bruzon . Arezza’s unbeatable backhand smash drove the opponent preoccupied.
The set did not favor Bruzon as it ended with 18-21.
The outcries of the spectators made the players more eager to showcase their breath-taking
scheme. Bruzon took place of bringing the bird toward arezza’s house with a kill combined with
alluring drive that triumphantly marked 21-19.
