    Resoluing Complaint About Shortages Of Teak Wood

    Dear Mr. Naufal Afif,


    We have received the teak wood complaint letter that you sent with number 108/PN/IX/23 on 29 th September 2023

    When we checked the teak delivery procedures again and conducted research in the expeditin/delivery section, it
    turned out that we were at fault, this happened because many other orders had incorrect calculations, resulting in
    your teak wood.

    As an apology for our negligence, we will send your teak wood order back as soon as possible an we will reduce
    the payment. Fee by 5% from Rp.47.090.000,00 to Rp.44.735.000,00.
    We thank you for your attention and cooperation.
