This document is being issued to merchant, on request. Standard details on the same are
mentioned in Terms and Conditions section of merchant login in Company dashboard
(https://dashboard.ShopDeck.store/settings/courier.)

1. A ShopDeck website service charge of 3%+GST will be charged on every delivered order.

2. ShopDeck, in conjunction with the merchant, reserves the right to control the ad accounts of
the merchant. Budgets being added to the account, for marketing expenditure, shall be
controlled by the merchant and can be increased / decreased as per discussions.
3. In the event of a claim by the merchant for lost/damaged shipment, 50% of Invoice value
mentioned / Rs. 2000, minimum of the two can be raised as compensation request. Such
should be raised by the merchant, in conjunction with the Standard Operating Procedure
mentioned on merchant dashboard. If SOP’s are followed, Shopdeck tries to maintain claim
within 15 days (subject to any change in future)
4. Shipping rates applicable will be as per rates mentioned in Terms and Conditions section of
the dashboard portal, https://dashboard.ShopDeck.store/settings/courier.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) remittances for all relevant cod orders will be credited at a defined
frequency (generally twice a week), ShopDeck reserves the right to change the frequency of
remittance and minimum account balance to be maintained.
6. Discounted rates for ShopDeck from Razorpay/ Paytm /Easubuzz / Any Future Payment
Aggregators can be availed by merchant, if ShopDeck offers to help in onboarding onto
those platforms and linking to merchant’s Shopdeck website.
7. All Whatsapp messages are chargeable to the merchant. ShopDeck charges per message
have no margin, and are as per official rates my Meta and its partners in India.
8. The security deposit of Rs. 5000 updated by the merchant is used for arrear settlements at
the end of association. Arrear settlement is only applicable if merchant has spent minimum
Rs. 15,000+GST in digital marketing.
9. Merchant agrees to start marketing on website with COD enabled
10. Merchant will have access to make any edits on his website, through his dashboard. The
website is hosted on ShopDeck servers
11. Merchant agrees to start marketing at minimum 1,000+GST per day for atleast 30 days, to
enable reaching profitability.
12. All customer data of the merchant will be kept confidential, and will not be used by
ShopDeck in any manner whatsoever.
