Please find the below margin and process flow for MARKET PLACE:

1. We will get associated to the brand by signing the attached


agreement with complete details and duly signed along with the
following:

 VRF as per the attachment along with


 Copy of TIN/VAT
 Copy of PAN Card
 Copy of CST
 Cancel Cheque and Bank A/c

2. Brand needs to provide the inventory details which they want to


promote/discount/showcase on MARKET PLACE for Flipkart,
Amazon, Snapdeal, Shopclues, Paytm.
3. We would required complete details with high resolution images
(300dpi; 1100X1100pixels) along with content to enable us to upload
the products on the website till the time inventory is available or for
the duration it is being blocked for all sites.
4. The margins would be decided basis category of engagement.
5. The inventory is required to be blocked from the brand for 1-2 weeks
to ensure brands are able to fulfill the orders completely.
6. Once the brand is online, we will share the sale orders with the brand
on daily basis.
7. The orders need to be QC & made ready for pick up by site courier
partner.
8. The process followed for fulfillment will be buy the sell model and the
invoice will be raised by the brand for Dispatched. On daily orders
received.
9. Customer order will be packed in sites packaging with the retail
invoice at our packaging center, inside the packet and will be handed
over to courier partner for customer delivery.
10. Customer returns if any, will be sent to the brand within 45 days
of shipping the order.
11. Payments cycle would be monthly. For the 1st to 31st of months,
the payments will be issued before 15th of next months after
reconciliation. And not All site same payment cycle.
