We want to develop a business plan that is online GROCERY SHOP. Online


Grocery Shop come up the idea of connecting nearby local shop, Pharmacy,
delivery man and nearest consumer in a one platform.

1. Download the app “GROCERY SHOP”.


2. Register as a customer/shop/pharmacy/delivery man.
3. Choose nearby favourite shop/pharmacy and order your product.
4. Make the payment either cash on delivery, credit or using any mobile
banking.

We choose this business because this app is the first mover who try to
interconnect and bring all customers, local shop, Pharmacy and delivery man in
online platform to make our life easier and save our valuable time energy and
after all money. To develop a new business plan we should follow some important
factors including:

1. Executive Summary
Our Grocery Shop is forced on online grocery retail business. It a virtual online
market place facilitating easy buying and selling of groceries. Our Grocery Shop
users with fast convenient delivery without ever having to leave their home.
For customers, our shop will revolutionize grocery shopping experience. Our
users no longer have to wait on hold, report their addresses on worry about getting
wrong orders. Our Grocery Shop plan to connect millions of customers, shops,
pharmacy, and delivery man.

Our Grocery Shop is a web start up with limited resources but it aligns all its
strategies keeping in mind the following visions-

this market analysis beings with statistic. To make our advertising work we
need a team that will work its hardest. Their creative and professional team of
associates and state-of the equipment offer customers high-quality products in

neighbourhood. We should reach our customers by taking full of advantage. It

We will also promote our online business using information. This program
developed to provide monthly feedback to me on the status and conditions of
the business.

This the section of the business plan for exact numbers and business costs.
Our business pride itself on being in touch with the financial side of the
business all times. This starts program that sets sales goals, establishes budgets
and expenses and profit. We will manage and grow our business with a full
range of financial services.

13. Income Statement


We also can create an income statement for our online Grocery Shop. The
income statements records all revenues for a business during this given period,
generate a trial balance report, calculate our revenues, determine cost of goods
sold, calculate the gross margin, Include operating expenses and the I can found
my net income.

Break even analysis is widely used to determine the number of units the
business need to sale in order to avoid losses. This calculate requires the
business to determine selling price, variable cost and fixed costs.

Grocery retailing is fundamentally a low margin business. Depending the
format or how developed the online market is. We will avoid that kind of
operating loss by knowing my targets markets.

We are positioning our-self in the market as a medium risk concern with
steady cash flows. Accounts payable is paid at the end of each month while
sales are in cash.

assumptions.
