The attention of all theHODs and Joint Directors of the department,


Regional Joint Directors of School Education, Hyderabad and Warangal and
all the District Educational Officers in the State are invited to the references
read above, it is decided to implement Academic Bubble from 12.12.2023
to 11.01.2024 for the effective implementation of FLN, Unnathi and
Lakshya programmes. In this regard the following points are to be noted.
FLN (Tholimettu) is being implemented from the Academic Year
2022-2023and continued in the year 2023-2024. This programme aimed
at achieving the learning outcomes of the Primary SchoolStudents.

Unnathi programme is implemented from the Academic Year 2023


2024 aiming at achieving the learning outcomes of the Secondary School
Students. In this regard all the Head Masters, Teachers and Mandal Nodal
Officers have been trained. Baseline Assessment Test is conducted, level
identification of the students is completed. Further for achieving better and
qualitative results in class X Public Examinations, Lakshya Programme is
also implemented. Accordingly from the month of November 2023 special
classes are conducted.
For the effective implementation of FLN, Unnathi and Lakshya
programmes it has been decided for the implementation of Academic
Bubble from 12,12.2023 to 11.01.2024with a focus on conducting all the
related academic activities as per the given guidelines. During this period
the Head Masters, Teachers of Primary and Secondary Schools shall focus
on achieving the Learning Outcomes.
In this regard the following non-negotiables of FLNand Unnathi shall
be ensured.
6 NON-NEGOTIABLES OF FLN:
1 Alignment between textbook, workbook and lesson plan.
2. 5+1 teaching, ensuring weekly evaluationon the sixth day.
3. Teachers guiding the Teacher Support Group students while
practicing workbooks.
4. Consistent correction of workbooks.
5. Uploading monthly student performancedata in the App.
6. Conducting library period and usage of library books.
8 NON-NEGOTIABLE OF UNNATHI PROGRAMME:
1. Conducting of Baseline test, valuation and level identification.
2. Planning and implementation of Teaching Learning Process as per
the steps.
3. (a) Writing of Teachers Diary on daily basis.
(b) Usage of TLM, Digital resources and conducting experiments in
the classroom.
4. Head Masters' class room observation of the Teachers - Monthly
once covering all Teachers.
5. To conduct monthly review meeting at School level on 27th of every
month.
6. Conducting Library period, book reading and loud reading by
children.
7. Uploading the monthly student performance in the APP.
8. Monthly self appraisal of Head Master and Teachers.
Therefore, allthe Supportive Supervision Officers Viz., HODs and Joint
Directors of the department, Regional Joint Directors of School Education,
Hyderabad & Warangal, all the District Educational Officers in the State,
Sectoral Officers of Samagra Shiksha, Mandal Nodal Officers, School Complex
Headmasters, Mandal Education Officers, Panel Supportive Supervision
Teams and 16Teams of SCERT are requested to visit the schools regularly,
assess the situation and provide onsite guidance and to give top priority in
the matter.
