AGREEMENT

This agreement is written on dated 25/03/2024 at Peshawar with mutual concern

and understanding between the following parties
1st Party: Inam Ullah s/o Muhammad Zahoor bearing CNIC No. 17301-
7447252-1 resident of Tehsil and district Peshawar Pakistan
hereinafter called the first party.

2 Party: Naheeb Ullah s/o Lal Mir Jan bearing CNIC No. 37405-5425362-9
resident of District Haripur Pakistan.

 Terms and conditions of the agreement.

1. That the first party has sold out a plot, measuring 20 marls (5440 Squar
feet) situated at Plot No. 04, Street No. 1, Sector F3/1, Phase 6 Hayatabad
Peshawar to the second party by an amount of Rs.35400000/- PKR.
2. That the first party has received an amount of Rs. 1000000/- PKR (one
million) on dated 10/03/2024 as a token amount from the second party.
3. That the second party has paid an amount of 13750000/- PKR as the down
payment of the plot on dated 03/03/2014.
4. That the remaining amount of the said plot will be paid by the second party
to the first party on transfer of the said plot after the coming Eid ul Fitar.
5. That this agreement is written with the mutual concern and understanding
of both parties with the presence of the following witnesses.
