PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Payment Terms
The above commercials are exclusive of taxes. Payment Milestones are as below

Phase 1: First three phases will be the advance payments for developing this
system around 40%.

Phase 2: The second phase will cover 30% of the total payment.

Phase 3: In this phase, we will launch the beta and in this phase, we will charge
most of the money it's around 30%.

Development/Customization charges.

Note: The hosting cost is around 10 Dollars per month, and the Social media service
cost is around 5,000 BDT per month to manage social media graphics content.
Depends on content quantity price can be change.

If you need any kind of new features then we'll talk about this thing and create the new
features:

1. Resource allocation if needed (It's the same hourly rate for each resource
assigned to develop the features)
2. The new feature terms will be applicable after the MVP is completed, in the
phase of MVP we will not allow our resources to create a new feature.
3. Every feature implementation time we hereby request you not to add additional
features in the middle of the development procedure.
