Check the car cable condition and
fixing. Check also for twists.
Check the adjustment and Lolerance
of friction safety gear.
QUARTERLY MAINTENANCE
Clean the top track for landing
doors and check the condition of
hanger rollers.
Cheek the condition of landing door
locks and lock contacts.
Check the condition and tension of
landing door synchronization ropes.

Check the condition of landing door
friction guide shoes. If the clea~
rance exceeds 3 mm, replace the gui-
de shoe.
Check the running clearance between
the door coupler and the rollers,
when the car position in relation to

Ensure the doors move smoothly with~
out noise

Check once a month if brand new and
less fequently later. Shorten the
ropes if necessary.
