Raising HR Queries using J2W Offer Letter Tool App

For all your HR related queries now, you can raise a ticket just by a click. Please
follow the steps below to get your queries resolved with a quicker pace while we
continue to support you in every possible way, we now have quicker way to get
your queries resolved.

Step 1: Go to Playstore and download J2W offer letter App. Link Below:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.joulestowatts.j2w

Step 2: Once you Install the app. Click on my profile/Start now and login using your personal
email ID & password. Please note these are the same credentials used by you during
accepting your offer.
Step 3- Click on Sparsh under my profile section and raise the ticket.
Step 4: Click on “+”sign towards top right corner of your screen to create a new ticket.

Step 5: Mention your type of query and J2W employee code in the subject line starting with
C--------. Click on type of ticket and select it from the range of listed queries. You can click on
others if your type of query is not listed in the dropdown and describe your query. You can
also add attachments by clicking in file for supporting document as a proof of the error.

Click on submit
once you fill the
details of your

Step 6: Once you add the details of your query click on Submit. Your ticket will be created,
and you will be able to check the status of your tickets on Active/Closed ticket under Sparsh.

Once the ticket is raised the same will be assigned to the concerned point of
contact and it will be resolved within average resolution time.
