Scheduled Caste Certificate/ अअअअअअअअ अअअअ अअअअअअ अअअअ

Step 1 – Login to the SARAL Portal with your credentials


https://saralharyana.gov.in/ . You will be welcomed with a screen
similar to given below.
(1) In the ‘Manage Profile’ menu, you can view your details, update
them and change password.
(2) ‘Apply for services’ menu provides list of services and interface to
apply for them.
(3) In the ‘View Status of Application’ menu, you can track your
application, view incomplete application.

Step 2 – In order to avail services provided to citizen, please click on


“Apply for services” link provided on the navigation bar on the left
side. In the sub-menu choose “View Services”. On that page, you can
see a list of services provided to citizen.
Step 3 – In order to avail “Scheduled Caste Certificate/ अअअअअअअअ अअअअ
अअअअअअ अअअअ “
, please choose “ Scheduled Caste Certificate/ अअअअअअअअ अअअअ अअअअअअ
अअअअ
” from the list of services. You can also search the service using the keyword
“Scheduled Caste Certificate” in Search Box.

Instructions to fill this service:

Case 1: I have Family ID


 Please enter your Family ID and click “Click here to fetch Family data”
button as shown above.

 Select name of the applicant from the Applicant Details dropdown list
and click “Send OTP” button as shown below:-

 Please enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number and
click “Click here to Verify OTP” button as shown below:-

 On successfully submission of OTP,

Please fill rest of the form as per the instructions.

 Case 2: I forgot Family ID or I don’t have Family ID


If you select “I forgot Family ID or I don’t have Family ID”, then select “Yes”
or “No” from “Do you stay in Haryana” option as shown above.

 If you select “Yes”, then you will be shown a message saying “Please
create Family Id first from https://meraparivar.haryana.gov.in/
website” and redirected to MeraParivar’s official website for creation
of family Id.

 If you select “No”, then application form will be opened. Please fill
rest of the form as per the instructions.

On successfully submission of OTP, please fill rest of the form as per the
instructions.
Personal Details:

Some fields will be automatically filled as per detail saved in Family ID.
Some fields we have to fill.
Fill Correspondence address.
Fill E-mail.

Caste Details from FIDR:-

Caste category will be either verified or not verified in Parivar Pehchan Patra(PPP).
 Caste category Verified Case
1. If Caste category is verified then Caste Name will be shown in the form
otherwise not.
Select Do you agree with above caste details?
 Yes
 No

2. On Selecting “Yes”, Application Category will be shown which is automatically


filled from PPP data either ‘Government’ or ‘Non Government’.

3. On Selecting “No”, a message Popup will be displayed on screen as under:

4. On Clicking ‘’OK” button, Link will be redirected to following Page:

 Caste category Non Verified Case:


If caste category is not verified, then certificate will be issued after the verification
process.

Tick “I Agree” button and enter verification code displayed on the form then Click on
“Submit” button.
After Fill the Application form click on “Submit” button, after submitting
a preview screen will be displayed with your detail which was filled in
the application form.
 After click on “Submit” button than your application will be
submitted
 An acknowledgement slip will appear, take a printout of
acknowledgement slip containing “Saral Id” for future reference.
Track Application Status:

(A) Click on “Track Application Status” under “View Status of Application” menu

• Click on Track Application status then a new window open.


Search your Saral Id through Search box and click on Initiated
(when file is not open by concerned official) / Under

Process(when file opens by concerned official) to view your


status.

Second way to Track Application: Go in home page of Saral Portal and click “Track
Application Online” button and select Department from dropdown “Search
Department”, Select Service from “Search Service” dropdown and Enter “Saral ID”
(Application Reference Number) in Enter your Application Reference ID Text Field then
click “Check Status” Button, it will show the status of the application.
