Dear Alena Misyurko,

In accordance with the company's regulations and the requirements of the financial regulator, we
notify you that from February 26, 2024, client accounts exceeding a balance of 3,000 USD are
subject to mandatory insurance against financial risks.

The Silver Insurance insurance policy covers such risks as: illegal actions of third parties, hacker
attack, market divergence, decreased liquidity, loss of capital, company bankruptcy.

Basic insurance of working capital against material losses caused by nationalization,

expropriation, confiscation of investor property, contract breaks due to actions of government
agencies, political risks, risks associated with changes in market conditions, financial losses from
criminal negligence and negligence of employees in the performance of their duties; risks of
decreased income due to interruption of operations due to technical accidents or other events,
bankruptcy of the company

The deposited amount cannot be used to conduct exchange activities and is an insurance
premium to cover the above listed insurance risks.

The insurance premium is not included in the initial cost of the purchased assets and must be
transferred in a separate incoming transaction with further crediting to the trading account and
will be returned upon expiration of the insurance period if the insured event does not occur.

If the insurance premium is not received, the terminal automatically blocks the trading account in
order to avoid non-covered events.
