2. Why is it important to have an emergency kit at home?
Preparing an emergency kit is important to protect your household against unexpected or unforeseen
situations. This kit contains essential items necessary for short-term survival, securing the safety of
yourself, your family, or your household.
3. Why did you choose these emergency kits?
I chose these emergency kits based on their essential roles and because these are the basic items that
we may need in the event of an emergency such as typhoons, floods and more. These items covers our
basic needs for us to survive in case of emergencies, basic needs like light, medical care, food,
communication, navigation, and money transactions.
4. How do you feel knowing you have an emergency kit at home?
Being aware that I have an emergency kit will provide me with a sense of security and peace of mind.
Knowing that I have all the necessary items, I will stay calm and will reduce stress and uncertainty
during a crisis. These kits ensure that I know what to do and will help me stay focused and safe.
