Sir,
It is most respectfully showeth: -
1. That the applicant is peace loving citizen resident of Delhi.
2. That the accused no.1 is daughter of accused no. 2.
3. That the accused no.1 is sister-in law (Bhabhi) of complainant.
4. The father of accused no1 namely Prem Singh died on
19/11/2022.
5. The executed a will in according to which the share of the
property after sale should be divided equally between the 3
siblings of prem Singh.
6. That the same has been executed peacefully.
7. That the property was sold on 11/09/2023 and the share was
divided equally amongst the three siblings of Prem Singh namely
i. Sarabjeet Singh ( son of deceased Prem Singh)
ii. Nandita (daughter of deceased Prem Singh)
iii. Jyoti (daughter of deceased Prem Singh)
8. That on 26/09/2023 on Varena (post cremation ceremony) of
deceased Prem Singh accused no 1 and 2 along with relatives of
accused no.1 started abusing/quarrelling with complainant.
9. That accused persons asked the complainant to give
complainant’s share to her brother Sarabjeet Singh who is
husband of accused no.1.
10. That accused No. 1 who is wife of Sarabjeet Singh want to grab
the share of property from complainant.
11. That at the time of dispute on 26/09/2023 accused no .2
threatened complainant that if complainant dare not give her
share to accused no 1 in next 3 days, complainant will face dire
consequences.
12. That since then complainant is receiving threatening calls from
accused persons that if complainant do not give her share to
accused no. 1 some unknown car may hit complainant on road or
some mask person can throw acid on the face of complainant.

13. That also accused NO. 2 threatened over the phone that “HUM
MAR JAYENGE YAN MAAR DENGE PROPERTY KE PAISE TO
HUM LEKER HI RAHENGE”.

14. That complainant has threat to her life.

15. That the accused person have the intention to cause grievous
hurt to complainant and the accused persons and have criminally
intimidated the complainant.
Please take necessary action against the accused persons.
