Sir,
It is most respectfully showeth: -
1. That the applicant is peace loving citizen, resident of Delhi.
2. That the accused is a tuition teacher running a teaching center
near complainant’s house.
3. That accused was teaching daughter and son of complaint.
4. That accused offered a job in Malaysia with huge salary for
complainant’s son.
5. That applicant agreed for accused proposal for the bright future of
applicant's son.
6. That accused demanded a sum of Rs. 25,000 and 6 blank
cheques of son of the complainant to send to the branch of the
company who was offering job to son of the complainant.
7. That accused also promised that Harjeet Singh will get the work
permit and visa of Malaysia within 90 days from the date of
making payment.
8. That as accused hold reputation in society ,complainant relied and
trusted accused and complainant gave Rs 25,000/- and 6 blank
cheques of Harjeet to the accused on 18/12/2018 at complainant's
residence.
9. That complainant waited for 5 months but nothing happened
regarding visa/ work permit of Rohit.

10. That when complainant asked about the delay of the visa and
work permit of Harjeet, the accused gave one excuse or the other.

11. That when complainant found so delay in the process

complainant asked the accused persons to return complainant's
money and cheques.

12. That on this accused no. 1 switched off or disconnected her

phone and accused no 2 kept complainant's phone in black list.

13. That when complainant shouted at accused in his teaching

center in front of his students accused returned Rs. 25,000/- to
the complainant and requested for some time given to accused to
collect cheques from job offering company.

14. That accused waited for 2 months but accused failed in

returning the said cheques and gave the excuse that company
has lost/misplaced the said 6 cheques.

15. That I have the apprehension that accused with collusion of his
friends can misuse the said cheques to take revenge of accused’s
insult in his coachin center.
This is a request, in case accused use the said cheques please
accept this letter as intimation on misuse of said cheques.
