questions below, please seek immediate guidance from your Weatherford contact before proceeding
further. Otherwise, Weatherford will assume you fully understand all questions and will treat responses
omitting relevant information as misrepresentations.

"Sanctioned Country(ies)" include Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the
