MANDATE FOR OPENING, OPERATING, ACCESS TO PB Enterprise / Cash

Management Services AND MAINTAINING OF BANK ACCOUNT(S) with Public Bank
Berhad

I/We refer to the above matter.

• GENERAL OPERATIVE DUTY

RESOLVED:

• That approval and authority be and hereby given for the

sole-proprietorship/partnership/association to accept the Letter of Offer and Service
Agreement to subscribe for Cash Management Services, PB Enterprise and e-banking
services (payment and collection) offered by Public Bank Berhad.

• That approval and authority be given to _ ALL of the list of authorized persons
specified below and acting in accordance with the signing condition set out thereto
(“Authorized Persons”) for and on behalf of the
sole-proprietorship/partnership/association :

• to open and operate the account for the purpose of the Service offered by the Bank ;

• to agree to such terms and conditions as may be required, apply for, enter into, sign
and execute any relevant agreements, forms or documents including any
negotiations, amendments, variations, modifications or supplements thereof in
respect of the Service ;

• to issue all notices and instructions to the Bank in connection with the Service ;

• to issue all notices and instructions to the Bank in connection with the Service ;

• to appoint/terminate Corporate Users/Authorizers to access, transfer funds and

conduct other banking transactions from designated account(s) in PB Enterprise
using SecureSign Token and/or other means of confirming identification of the
Authoriser ; and

• to select, submit application, to add, modify and delete Company’s account(s) and
any additional modules and services (including the PB ECP / Bulk Payment service)
made available under PB Enterprise from time to time.

to the sole-proprietorship/partnership/association’s account(s) (presently and to be opened),
linked to the Service.

• Appoints and authorizes the following personnel on behalf of the company/association
