● I think the most important part of the plan of salvation is the three kingdoms of
heaven because that is where we will spend the most of our time
● “They are free to choose liberty… or to choose captivity”

● All Satan does is try to make us unhappy
● Following god’s commandments will restrict you from partaking in unholy things.
While this does restrict you, you will gain eternal happiness, and that is freedom.

● “They would have had no children; wherefore they would have remained in a
state of innocence, having no joy, for they knew no misery; doing no good for

● He described it as a wise decision that was full of honor
● I was essential so that we might be able to know right from wrong and act on that

● It's a blessing to know that if they did what they should have done then they have

● John knew that he should not go to this party so he decided not to
● He might be afraid that people will judge him on his decision to not go to that

● John’s friends might believe that the rules the church has in place will restrict you
from being happy
● We have been given the choice to choose between freedom or captivity.

● The atonement of Jesus Christ is “Jesus Christ’s triumph over spiritual and
physical death by His suffering, death, and Resurrection”
● We need the atonement so that we can come back to god again
● I am now able to repent of my sins so that I can be clean enough to see god
● We are both children of god

● It states that a sacrifice needed to be made, but it could not be be by any human
or animal

weak things become strong unto them.

● That passage calls us weak. This is saying that christ will make us strong

● If they are truly sorry for their sin and they have pleaded with god for forgiveness,
then they have been forgiven
● They all fell on their knees and pleaded with god for forgiveness. We should do
the same and be completely sorry for all our wrongs
● We must trust in god and keep his commandments

● People often try to get you to make a wrong decision saying that you are smart
enough to know to make the wrong choice. They also try to hide the fact that
their choice is wrong

delivered out of bondage

Mosiah 25:10-They gave thanks to god for releasing their brethren out of bondage
Mosiah 25:11-They were filled with pain and anguish when they thought of the
lamanites
● So that they could hear of alma’s people

● The tradition of their fathers, the resurrection of the dead, and the coming of

● If you don’t have an open mind and heart when partaking in any kind of spiritual
knowledge, then you won’t be able to improve using that knowledge you have
