Subject: Resignation as Statutory Auditor of the Company

Dear Sir,

As intimated earlier, our firm M/s R. U. Kamath & Co. has merged with M/s Kirtane and
Pandit LLP with effect from 1st July, 2023. As a consequence, we would like to inform that
M/s R.U. Kamath & Co. will not be eligible to be reappointed as Statutory Auditors of your
company for the financial year ending March, 2024 (FY 2023-24) at the ensuing AGM.

We are tendering herewith our resignation as Statutory Auditor of the Company for the
Financial Year 2023-24

So, we request you to accept our resignation with immediate effect and acknowledge the
same
