Dear Adnan/Awais,

The following is the calibration procedure of weight indicator of weigh bridge.

8142 PRO+ Metier Toledo Digital Weight indicator Calibration Procedure.
Step#1: Open front cover by four screws & find four dip switches.
Step#2 Switch on dip switchttl & FI will appear on display.
Step#3 Hold enter button till F1.6 appeared then pressed 0 button to display
Step#4 Pressed enter twice & count down will start from 15 to 0 then "Add Ld" will appear on display.
Stetp#5 Placed test weight on Weigh Bridge & pressed enter then put test weight value 41040kg then pressed enter &
count down will start from 15 to 0.
Step#6Pressed exit & now calibration is completed so revert dip switch position & if found difference then repeat procedure.

Excitation Voltage: +10VDC, power up to eight 3500 analog load cells.
Span range: 3 ~ 32m V Zero range: 0 ~ 25mV
