The application must be certified by the Dean of the Faculty/Deputy Dean of the
2. Faculty and submitted to the Dean of IGS/Deputy Dean of IPS for confirmation
and extended to the Registrar for approval.
3. After the approval is received, IGS will extend the application to the Senior
Deputy Registrar, Academic Affairs Division for the purpose of printing the scroll.
Students can only apply after being confirmed as Graduation and Eligible to
4. Graduate by the University Senate and only complete applications will be
processed by the IGS.
A complete application will be process within 30 working days before the
student returns to the country of origin and the application will be processed
5. within that period. If the student's application is late and the student has
returned to the country of origin, the IGS will post the scroll (with the student's
consent) and any damage/loss is under the student's own responsibility.
2. All graduates are compulsory to :

i) fill in an online survey 2024 -Graduate Tracer Study:

Upon submission of the form please print out / screenshot the proof of
submission.

ii) fill in an online survey at Postgraduate Student Satisfaction Survey 2024

Upon submission of the form please print out / screenshot the proof of
submission.

iii) Paid in full for your Graduation fees :

Upon submission of the form please attached the copy of receipt payment

iv) Ensure full settlement of any outstanding fees before collecting your Transcripts
and Scroll
- Check your statement at My UPSI Portal ------> Finance ------> Generate
Report
- Transcripts and Scrolls can be collected (in person/representative) ONCE
the scroll is ready.
