The successful completion of this project mark the beginning of an ever - going
learning experience of converting ideas and concepts into real life, practical
system. This project was a quite a learning experience for me at each and
every step. At the same time it has given me confidence to work in

 INFORMATION ABOUT THE TRAINING POSITION

I joined MECATREDZ TECHNOLOGY Pvt. Ltd . for a training program in the

capacity of php technology. While the central focus was on learning php and
web technology, I also handled focus other tasks as they occurred. I have also
been assisted in developing my own project on online. This project made me
understand the importance of documentation of requirement and choosing
software development model.

DESCRIPTION OF THE TRAINNING EXPERIENCE

As an intern in the software development department of mecatredz

technology, I got a list of tasks to complete every day To get the software
development initiative started, I had to read client's software specification on
almost a daily basis. Sometimes I was not able to understand what client was
sysing and had to call them in order to get clear picture of his idea.
Additionally, I learned JSP by which I can also work on my major and minor
projects.

The tasks other than learning JSP I undertook included:

• Analysing data using statistical software . . .

• Converting complex data into understandable formatting the algorithms And
flowcharts.
• Finding understandable tables graphs flowcharts and reports
• Finalizing reports and preparing them for presentation to the senior
management and clients

 INTRODUCTION OF PROJECT

This project designs an Online Study Portal provides a web-based interface. It is

the graphical user interface. It have a form for user to input query information
to search the database. The users interface then pass the input to the control
function, which implemented. The control function is designed to process the
input from the users interface, generate the searching query and then gets
data from the database and returns to the users interface. We enable them to
explore all their study options in one place and to find the best fit study
programme that matches their needs, goals, and preferences. Online study
portal is our most valued partner platform. The platform is actively engaged in
facilitating and innovating the decision-making . We care about giving
something back to the community, and being able to help those who need it
most is what really makes us happy. Currently Online study portal supports
knowledge for children.

The goal of this master's project is to design an online study portal named that
mainly offer an ever growing range of high quality and informative online
courses. Online Study portal create courses on all the topics that students want
to learn. Online Study Portal wants to make it possible that each student can
learn easily without any difficulty. You can gain clear and absolutely correct
information from our Online Study Portal. You will happy to learn. Online study
portal is a web application which is useful for learners to choose right
information. Online Study Portal works like, initially the one who need to get
access only after his or her registration to the application. The membership is
only provided by the admin after checking the correctness of information
provided by the users. This applications can be implemented in a specified
organization or with a world wide access.
This project has 2 parts:

1. General Zone.

2. Admin Zone.

This project include:

1. Login options for the student.

2. Saving details of the student in the database.

3. Giving choice to the students to select a subject.

4. A no of MCQ flash in front of students to solve.

5. Download study Materials.

PROBLEM SPECIFICATION:
This problem is assigned to me during my Python training to design an
application on “ E-Village ” using Visual Studio and SQL Server database.

PROBLEM DEFINITION:
A data base is maintained of information regarding student’s details like
Name , Roll No. , School who have logged in the system with the intention of
study.

This project works by storing the details of students in the database and then
enabling the student to choose the subject of his/her choice on which he/she
wants to take study material and evaluate their performance.
 LIMITATION OF EXISTING PROJECT

1. Data redundancy:

It means that same data fields appear in many different files and often in
different formats. In Manual system it poses quite a big problem because the
data has to be maintained in large Volumes, but in our system, this problem
can be overcome by providing the condition that if The data entered is
duplicate, it will not be entered otherwise updating will take place.

2. Difficulty in accessing the data:

In manual system, searching information is time consuming but in our system,

any information Can be accessed by providing the primary key.

3. Unsatisfactory security measures:

In manual system, no security measures were provided but in this system,

Password security Has been provided. The person can access the system by
providing the correct password Otherwise he is denied the access.
 OBJECTIVE OF PROJECT

➢ Person can easily login to site while sitting on home.

➢ Manage the information of internet.

➢ Shows the information and description of the online study portal.

➢ To increase efficiency of managing the study time.

➢ It deals with monitoring the information of online study portal.

➢ It provides the links for the materials required for the courses.

➢ Enhance the quality of learning and teaching.

➢ Meet the learning style or needs of students.

➢ Improves the efficiency and effectiveness.

➢ Improve user-accessibility and time flexibility to engage learners in the

learning process.

➢ An Online Study Portal is a gateway where students can log into a websites
to access important program informations.

➢ Provide easy routes for learners to navigate through the contents.

➢ A great way to achieve this is to embrace the features that is popular. .

 CONCLUSION

From my industrial training at MECATREDZ TECHNOLOGY, I was able to get a

better Understanding of how the software industry works and how effective it
is. I Satisfied working with the MECATREDZ TECHNOLOGY development team
to devise and implement different web development.

However, I still have a long way to go in understanding the “ E-Village ”

Website and technological aspects of software development, and I need to
build up my communication and logical thinking skills as well.

Overall, I found the Industrial Training experience to be positive, and I'm sure I
will be able to use the skills I learned in my career later .
