the chamber where mixing is done with the help of shaft which converts the waste into raw compost by adding Organic
waste along with sawdust and microbial culture passing through the shredder it gets homogenized, free-flowing material
ready for curing as raw compost.

A Journey of Innovation in Sustainable Waste Management
• Machine trials - For performance evaluation were done for three months trails at Client site. We were
processing 100 kgs of Organic Waste on daily basis.

• Daily Monitoring - Waste was shredded properly and was also mixed well with the help of the shafts
inside the machine. We also noted that we were able to add Bioculum and Absorbent (sawdust) while
the waste is mixing inside the machine which reduces Processing time.

• Minor Challenges – We were unable to see the Visibility inside the machine to understand the moisture
percentage inside the vessel and the raw compost that was discharged from the Vessel was not properly
falling into the crates.

• Modification – For Visibility we created a small window on the top of the machine which shows the inside
material and for the discharge of raw compost into the crates modifications were done in discharger
assembly.

• Trials After Modifications – Trials were done again for a month where we finally noted that the Machine
was working properly which made the whole trial successful and ready for the Market.
