Subject: Jaypee - Filing of Claims as per NCLT order

Dear Patrons,

As per the order of National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Allahabad

passed on 9th August 2017 to initiate a Corporate Insolvency Resolution
Process in respect of Jaypee Infratech Ltd.

Mr. Anuj Jain, an Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) has been appointed
to find a resolution for the current situation in 180+90 days time.

Further thru the public announcement The IRP has invited claims from
creditors including flat owners of JIL till 24th August 2017.

There are 2 forms B & C for filing claims.. Most people are of view that
Homebuyers fall under Form C category. However even if form B is filled it
would not disqualify as mentioned on www.jaypeeinfratech.com website
under public announcement. Kindly visit site for complete details.

Also it has been made clear that company is not proceeding for liquidation
nor the claims are for refund. ( Press release of IRP dated 12th August is
attached)

Pl see the attached form C alongwith the affidavit for filing claim. The same
has to be duly filled and send to IRP Gurugram office thru registered post or
can send by email to IRPJIL@bsraffiliates.com as informed by Jaypee CRM
office. (Also attached is the Form A Public announcement).
