THE PROPOSED TIME SCHEDULE

FOR AMREYA CEMENT CO.

This proposal is concerned with the new system to be implemented for the working
time schedule of employees as per the attached table in accordance with the
following:

It is suggested to operate the shifts for 5 days maximum and the workers will be
divided into three shifts as follows:

First shift:
From 8.00 am to 4.00 pm including a one-hour lunch break, alternatively. The first
shift is given two days break after ending the shift alternatively.

Employees working at the administrative office as well as other employees working

in the morning shift could work from Sunday till Thursday every week and to be
given two days break on Friday and Saturday every week as per the working hours
elaborated in the attached table.

Article 85 of law no. 12/2003 entails the following:

“In the event workers have to operate overtime, it should be reported to the
concerned administrative authority giving justification, the time required for
accomplishing work to get a written approval for it. In this case the worker is
entitled for 35% extra for morning working hours and 70% extra for night
working hours.”

Article 16 of law no. 27/1981 entails the following:

“Provision of article 15 could be temporarily and as an exception be disregarded

in the event the work is related to evading hazards and dangers or to repair their
consequences after attaining a written approval from the authorized labour
authority provided the worker is given over time by 100% for morning working
hours and 200% for night working hours. An exceptional approval can be
obtained from the Labour authority for applying the overtime system as per
article 85 of law no. 12/2003 provided 100% is paid for morning extra hours and
200% is paid for night working hours.”
