Johann-Esche-Straße 2, 09120 Chemnitz, has decided to offer you the position of a Staff Bus
Driver in our respected company. We are all pleased with your last job experience and
achievements.
With reference to your application for the post of Staff Bus Driver, it is my great pleasure
to inform you that you have been selected for the said post.
You will be required to carry out duties that may be assigned to you from time to time by
the managers. You shall appetizer the responsibility of driving the staff members from
one place to another efficiently and following all government protocols.
You shall always maintain the vehicle assigned to you and refuel it as and when required.
You shall keep the vehicle safe and be responsible for any damages to the same.
You may not use the vehicle for personal use. You must follow the traffic rules and see to
it that no fines and imposed on you for non-compliance with the same. You must always
remain alert during driving and shall always report to work on time.
Your mobile bill shall also be reimbursed, and you shall be eligible for health insurance for
yourself.
You are requested to submit a signed copy of this letter at the address mentioned above

presume that you are no longer interested in this job, and your candidature shall be

months i.e.(1 year) for One-way Air-ticket and Insurance provided by the Employer.
