We are requesting all those expecting to graduate this year to complete the form below and then
forward to our new email address, (see address above):

1. Scanned copy of completed application form

2. Scanned copy of your ID (face side of ID only)
3. A digital passport size photo

Please keep in mind that you are required to have successfully completed all course work (all
exams, writes and rewrites) by MAY 31st, 2024 in order to qualify. By this time you should know
whether or not you are going to make the deadline. Applying to graduate does not guarantee that
you will graduate but it does help us in our grad preparation exercise. Graduation fee will be
communicated later.

Please complete this form and send it in by 11th March 2024 or earlier. Further details about the
coming graduation will be communicated in due course. Separate the application below for
completion.
