Andrew was evaluated by our Respiratory Illness Clinic because of symptoms consistent with COVID-19.

Andrew was tested and is positive for COVID-19. Per Iowa Department of Public Health (IDPH) guidelines, Andrew will
need to remain at home until they have been fever free for 24 hours without the use of fever-reducing medicine AND other
symptoms have improved AND at least 10 days have passed since their symptoms first appeared. First day of symptoms
was 11/30/2020.

If you have further questions or concerns, please contact your county public health department.
