2].Some of Ethical Dillemmas
2.1]AI Enabled Discrimination:
First, Here Truth is that AI is starting a Technological Revolution in this 21st century and
AI has yet to taken over the World so there is more serious concern that we have
already encountered and that is AI Bias.
2.1.1] AI Bias:
AI Bias refers to the Underlying Prejudgment or Unfairness or discrimination in data
which is used to develop or creates algorithms of AI which can directly results in the
discrimination & Social Consequences. The different Algorithmic discrimination occurs
based on the following terms:
-Race
-Color
-Ethnicity
-religion
-Age
- genetic information
Black Box :
In AI Algorithms, Particularly Deep Learning Models had been criticized for their Opaque
Nature which often referred as to “The black Box Problem”. These algorithms inner
workings can be difficult considering real fact that for producing capable highly accurate
prediction and Suggestions even for the experts one which could be lack of
Transparency , AI Systems may become less trustworthy and unable to give better
convincing explanations for their judgements which leads to bias and ethical
dilemmas(CSP Israel, 2023).
Different National and international initiatives had been launched to foster the ethical
considerations surrounding AI which focuses on building fair, explainable and Ethical AI
Systems. Some of initiatives are as follows:
4] Principle of AI development
Artificial intelligence began to be recognized as a research field in the 1950s. However ,
In recent years there has been impressive advancement in the capabilities and
applications of AI.
1) Privacy
Under this Principle, The AI Systems should uphold the privacy of individuals
particularly when it comes to utilizing data for the advancement of Systems as
well as by providing those who are impacted control over the decisions made
using their data.
4)Accountability
This principle covers the ideas on the significance of AI Systems to guarantee that
responsibility for the effects of AI Systems is allocated fairly and suitable remedies
are offered.
5].Discussions
From above report, Personally I can say that developing ethical AI is not only required
by law but also morally according to the society ethics. Creating or building Ethical AI is
most challenging for today generation achieving the best fairness and balancing the
transparency. For the better Ethical AI , There should be more and more research ,
collaboration as well as commitment in every sector like policy making and
advancement in the technology.
6)Conclusion
Building or creating Ethical AI is most challenging it requires continuous commitment ,
self-study and self-assessment and adaptation. The Ethical AI should not be
discriminated by color, age, gender, birth and death. It should be equally treated in every
sector. Moreover, In today 21st century Ethical AI should be involved in every sector
either medical, banking, education , financial, agriculture and so on but it should be
bonded on criteria or ethics based on society or communities so that it could not harm or
effect more that the benefit from it.
