frameworks. New business models such as health record platforms, telemedicine services and

data analytics platforms are emerging to cater to the evolving needs of healthcare

professionals and patients. Regulatory actions like the Digital Healthcare Act are shaping

market trends and business approaches (Burg et al., 2021). Sustainability considerations,

encompassing social aspects are gaining importance in the digitization of healthcare. Ethical

issues related to data privacy and access to healthcare services are also brought into focus.

The study stresses the significance of evidence based decision making and strategic planning

for stakeholders navigating the health realm in Germany. Ethical considerations play a role in

and CBinsights databases, we have identified 100 leading technology, life science, and start-

up companies in the healthcare sector that are actively involved in digital health initiatives.

These companies are at the forefront of harnessing the power of data to drive innovation and

create value in the healthcare industry (Herrmann et al., 2018).

In the following sections, we will delve deeper into the specific business models employed by

digital health companies in Germany, highlighting the strategies adopted to navigate the

complex regulatory and market dynamics. Moreover, we will discuss the implications of

these findings for the future of the digital health industry in Germany. Additionally we

medicine and preventive healthcare (Gensorowsky et al., 2022). Moreover the regulatory
