O’zbekiston Respublikasi Prezidentining "Chet tillarni o’rganish
tizimini yanada takomillashtirish chora-tadbirlari tog’risidagi" qarori
asosida: o’sib kelayotgan yosh avlodni chet tillarga o’qitish va shu
tillarda erkin so’zlasha oladigan mutaxassislarni tayyorlash tizimini
FM1 tubdan takomillashtirish hamda buning negizida,ularning jahon
sivilizasiyasi yutuqlari hamda dunyo axborot resurslaridan keng
ko’lamda foydalanishlari, xalqaro hamkorlik va muloqotlarni
rivojlantirish uchun shart sharoitlar yaratish bosh maqsadlardan biri
qilib qo’yilgan.

Fanni o’zlashtirish uchun zarur boshlang’ich bilimlar


nutq organlari, nutq tovushlari hosil qilishdagi roli haqida

tushunchaga ega bo‘lishi;
harf va tovush munosabati, unli va undosh tovushlar tasnifi va bir-

Ta’lim natijalari (TN)


Bilimlar jihatidan:
chet tilida tovushlarni bir-biriga o‘zaro ta’siri natijasida turli
kombinator-pozitsion o‘zgarishlarning sodir bo‘lishi (assimilyatsiya,

akkomodatsiya, eliziya va h. k.) bilan bog‘liq mashqlar bajarish
orqalitalaffuz ko‘nikmalarini hosil qilishi;
“Chet tilini egallash umumevropa kompetensiyalari: o‘rganish,
o‘qitish va baholash” to‘g‘risidagi umume’tirof etilgan xalqaro
meyorlari (CEFR – Common European Framework of Reference)
TN2 asosida til ko‘nikmalarini (o‘qib tushunish, tinglab tushunish, gapirish
va yozish) rivojlantirishda asosiy ahamiyatga ega.

- chet tilida bo‘g‘in yasalishi va bo‘g‘in ajratilishi masalalarini


TN3 o‘rganishi, so‘z urg‘usi va intonatsiyaning so‘zda va gapdagi o‘rni
haqida tushunishi va ulardan foydalana olishi;

Ko’nikmalar jihatidan:
A1, o’ziga tanish bo’lgan so’z birikmalari atrofida muloqat qila
TN5 olish,asosan so’zlashuv va eshitish qobilyatining boshlang’ich
darajasini bilish;
A2-asosan ishda ,o’qishda ,bo’sh vaqtlarida va turli suhbatlarda oddiy
TN6 tilda aytiladigan xabarlarning asosiy mazmunini tushunish.

B1,asosan ishda o’qishda va turli suhbatlarda adabiy tilda aytilgan har


xil mavzudagi xabarlarning asosiy mazmunini tushunish.Tili
TN7
o’rganilayotgan mamlakatda sayohatga borganda turizmga oid
vaziyatlardagi mavzular asosida suhbatlasha olish;
B2-mavhum va aniq mavzudagi matnlarning umumiy mazmunini
tushuna olish, o’z mutaxassisligi sohasiga oid ilmiy munozaralarni

tushuna olish.

Fanni o’qitishda shaxsga yo’naltirilgan ta’lim metodi va chet tilini o’qitishga


kommunikativ yondashuvdan maksimal darajada foydalanish talab etiladi. Bunda
talabalar o’qish va yozish ko’nikmalarini bosqichma-bosqich yaxshilab boriladi.

Mashg’ulotlarda darslik va o’quv qo’llanmalardan tashqari autentik
materiallar: audio, video, gazeta va jurnallar, internet manbalaridan, keys-stadilar
interaktiv usullarni qo’llagan holda aqliy hujum, keys-stadilar, loyihalar tayyorlash,
rolli o’yin, debatlar, mavzuga oid taqdimot metodlaridan keng foydalaniladi.
Amaliy mashg’ulotlarda aqliy hujum, klaster, kichik guruhlarda ishlash, insert,
taqdimot, keys-stadilar kabi usullardan keng foydalaniladi.

Talabaning fan bo’yicha o’zlashtirish ko’rsatkichini nazorat qilishda


quyidagi mezonlar tavsiya etiladi:

a) 90-100 ball olish uchun talabaning bilim darajasi quyidagilarga javob


berishi lozim:
 fanning moxiyati va mazmunini to’liq yorita olsa;

 fandagi mavzularni bayon qilishda ilmiylik va mantiqiylik saqlanib, ilmiy
xatolik va chalkashliklarga yo’l qo’ymasa;
 fan bo’yicha mavzu materiallarining nazariy yoki amaliy ahamiyati haqida
aniq tasavvurga ega bo’lsa;
 fan doirasida mustaqil erkin fikrlash qobiliyatini namoyon eta olsa;
 berilgan savollarga aniq va lo’nda javob bera olsa;
 konspektga puxta tayyorlangan bo’lsa;
 mustaqil topshiriqlarni to’liq va aniq bajargan bo’lsa;
 fanga tegishli qonunlar va boshqa meyoriy-xuquqiy xujjatlarni to’liq
o’zlashtirgan bo’lsa;
 fanga tegishli mavzulardan biri bo’yicha ilmiy maqola chop ettirgan bo’lsa;
 tarixiy jarayonlarni sharxlay bilsa;
б) 70-89 ball olish uchun talabaning bilim darajasi quyidagilarga javob
berishi lozim:
 fanning moxiyati va mazmunini tushungan, fandagi mavzularni bayon
qilishda ilmiy va mantiqiy chalkashliklarga yo’l qo’ymasa;
 fanning mazmunini amaliy ahamiyatini tushingan bo’lsa;
 fan bo’yicha berilgan vazifa va topshiriqlarni o’quv dasturi doirisida bajarsa;
 fan bo’yicha berilgan savollarga to’g’ri javob bera olsa;
 fan bo’yicha konspektini puxta shakllantirgan bo’lsa;
 fan bo’yicha mustaqil topshiriqlarni to’liq bajargan bo’lsa;
 fanga tegishli qonunlar va boshqa meyoriy xujjatlarni o’zlashtirgan bo’lsa.
в) 60-69 ball olish uchun talabaning bilim darajasi quyidagilarga javob
berishi lozim:
 fan haqida umumiy tushunchaga ega bo’lsa;
 fandagi mavzularni tor doirada yoritib, bayon qilishda ayrim
chalkashliklarga yo’l qo’yilsa;
 bayon qilish ravon bo’lmasa;
 fan bo’yicha savollarga mujmal va chalkash javoblar olinsa;
 fan bo’yicha matn puxta shakllantirilmagan bo’lsa.
g) quyidagi hollarda talabaning bilim darajasi qoniqarsiz 1-59 balgacha
baholanishi mumkin:
 fan bo’yicha mashg’ulotlarga tayorgarlik ko’rilmagan bo’lsa;
 fan bo’yicha mashg’ulotlarga doir hech qanday tasavvurga ega bo’lmasa;
 fan bo’yicha matnlarni boshqalardan ko’chirib olganligi sezilib tursa;
 fan bo’yicha matnda jiddiy xato va chalkashliklarga yo’l qo’yilgan bo’lsa;
 fanga doir berilgan savollarga javob olinmasa;
 fanni bilmasa.
