HISTORY
1960 : Mr. Hiber di Switzerland memulai prototype common rail. Lalu Mr. Ganser
dari Swiss Federal Institute of Technology memfokuskan diri dalam hal ini.

Dr. Shohei Itoh dan Masahiko Miyaki, Japanese dari Denso Corporation,
1990- mengembangkan common rail untuk Heavy Duty Vehicles, dan berhasil
1995 : dengan produk pertamanya yang dinamakan ECD-U2 common Rail system,
yang dipasang pada HINO RAISING RANGER truck

1997 : Robert Bosch GmbH mulai memproduksi untuk dipakai pada passenger car

Adanya Krisis Minyak Bumi dan Emisi menjadikan manusia mulai


1998-sekarang :
banyak mengadopsi common rail system untuk mesin diesel
