Dear Sir/Madam,

RE: EDUCATIONAL TOUR OF KISUMU INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.

Reference is made to your letter dated 23/03/2023

We wish to inform you that your request and tour arrangement for 26TH March, 2024 at 0900hrs has been
accepted.

Please note the following:

1. The facilitation charge is three thousand shillings (Kshs.3000/=) for every group below fifty (50)
students, and four (4) teachers.
2. Vehicle entry fee is payable at the toll station (200/= for a van and 300/= for a bus)
3. A group exceeding 54 will attract an extra Ksh.3000/=.
4. The team leader will be responsible for the conduct of the groups.
5. Airport visits are subject to airport rules and regulations.
6. This arrangement does NOT include ACCESS to the AIRSIDE or ENTRY into an AIRCRAFT.
7. Drivers and conductors are to remain in their respective vehicles. The team leader is advised to
bring the booking letter with them on the day of the visit, and report to the information desk at
the main terminal.
8. Airport visits are conducted STRICTLY between 0930hrs and 1430hrs, Monday to Friday. No group
will be allowed during the WEEKEND and PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.
9. Kindly keep scheduled time and regulations as directed above.
10. A maximum of 10 school visits is to be allowed in a day.

NB: Kindly Note ALL TRANSACTIONS WILL BE DONE VIA MPESA ONLY.
