Landmark:
Along Angeles-Magalang Road. Sa tapat ng sabungan may street papasok, dire diretso lang until
makarating sa clinic. May mga signs naman na nakalagay kung nasaan yung clinic

Transportation and Travel:

OPTION 1
Victory Liner Terminal to Angeles via Dau
- May jeep daw na masasakyan sa inter na papauntang Dau
- Along the highway lang yung clinic kaya check nalang sa gmaps of malapit na

Transportation Expense:
Jeep: 30

OPTION 2
SM Telabastagan to Angeles
- Sa SMT sasakay ng YELLOW na jeep, then pababa sa pandan
- Sa Pandan sasakay ng BLUE na jeep papunta sa terminal sa marquee mall
- Sa Marquee sasakay ulit ng jeep papuntang MAGALANG, abangan nalang sa daan nun
yung clinic

Materials needed:
1. Clean gloves (1 Box/person)
2. Sterile gloves of your size (Atleast 5/person)
3. Aneroid BP Apparatus
4. Stethoscope
5. Pulse oximeter
6. Tape measure
7. Disposable Gown (Atleast 5/person)
8. Disposable Hairnet (Atleast 5/person)
Supplementary materials needed:
1. NANDA
2. Small notebook
3. 3 barrel ballpen (Red, Blue, & Black)
4. PRC Form for Duty (Mabibili sa registrar office 4pcs for 100pesos)
5. Long bondpaper for Charting

Attire:
- White lecture uniform accompanied with nameplate and pin (w/ cap for girls) with white
shoes
- Scrub suit and cap (Can be surgical or not) with Slip on CLOSED white shoes (Clogs)
NOTE:
- Strictly no wearing of scrub suit outside the Clinic

6. Leopolds Maneuver (Gamit na gamit daw ito)

Time:
- Morning Shift: 6:00am - 12 noon
- Afternoon Shift: 12:00noon - 06:00pm
NOTE:
- Minsan mas maaga nagpapapasok si Ma’am Esmie kaya allot atleast 1 hour before your shift

- Always come early
- Bring extra clothes and your Scrubsuit Always
- Make sure to wear closed shoes
- Bring food
- Always wear your Cap, Pin, and Nameplate
- Study and Be ready (Nagpapapre and post test si Ma’am)
