Yo-Kai Watch 3 Eur 60fps CheatCode does not work

Please, I need help, I want to play yo kai watch 3 60fps on citra but when I use a special move, it doesn't work.

The code: 2092B615 00000001 for the European version.

yeah basically the 60fps cheat sorta freezes the game when you use a soultimate. just makes all your
buttons not work but when you use the following cheat:

0092B614 00000201

it puts your game immediately back to normal even if you are in the frozen state. it just makes the 60FPS
cheat pointless if your constantly having to go into the cheat menu to toggle the 30 fps one. I just wish you
could toggle cheats with a button or I noticed some of the cheats u/Throwaway-wtfkl posted required a
button press. I'm not sure if cheats are just a part of the game, put in by the devs or if they are made by the
community but if its possible to modify the 30 fps cheat to make it only active when your pressing a button,
say ZL or ZR it would solve the problem. In the end this game wasn't intended for 60FPS but given that its
possible I would love to replay one of my favourite games with upscaled resolution and 60FPS. Either Citra
needs to add a cheat hotkey or someone needs to figure out modifying the cheat if that is even possible.
There is also a 60FPS cheat available for Yo Kai Watch 2 Psychic Specters but I'm not sure if it has the same
problem

I just had an idea minutes after posting this. Citra is available on retroarch. Retroarch will probably be
able to toggle cheats with buttons.
