and 2 to direct the respondent no. 3 to conclude the enquiry proceedings in
Na.Ka.No. 34349/2021/H1-1 and 2 dated 03.11.2022 in light of the orders
passed by this Court in WP(MD) 23097 and 23098/2022 dated 24.01.2023 by
considering the petitioner's representation dated on 27.07.2023 within a period
stipulated time by this Court.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The third respondent is directed to consider the petition mentioned

representation and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within

a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I

make it clear that I have not gone into merits of the matter. It is open to the

third respondent to pass order one way or other. Interested persons shall be put

on notice before passing the order.

3. The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
