CORRECTION RUBRIC

Instruction: The rubric will serve as a guide to rate how neat, clean, and good the hand writing of a pupil.
The criteria below will be a guidance to the given task.
Instruction: The rubric is a Self- Regulation to evaluate ourselves to determine the behavior or manner of ourselves. The criteria
below will be guide to assess ourselves.
Mathematical Practice Rubric

Instruction: The rubric is intended to measure student work and habits against the mathematical
practice. Teachers are assess tasks that map well various indicators of the rubric, ideally a few at a time.
The criteria below will be a guideline for assessing the task.
Literature Task Assessment Rubric

Instruction: The student will create a well-developed literary analysis using a text of the right level of
complexity and demonstrating connections between the text and other significant issues, such as a
larger issue or theme, another work of literature, the historical or biographical context, a film adaptation
of the text, or popular works of significant criticism. very student also gives an oral presentation, either
to defend their work or to show how they can apply their knowledge of one genre to another after
reading it on their own. The criteria for a literary analysis, which is displayed below, is used by external
evaluators to grade both written and oral work.
Kalikasan ko, Mahal ko

Instruction: University of Eastern Pangasinan is celebrating its 17th anniversary with the theme,

“Kalikasan Ko, Mahal ko”. The President called for a meeting to discuss the preparation of the program.
As a student council, you are asked to take charge of the preparation of “Natural Beverage” for the
students and guest. The drink you will promote should be locally produced our own product but in a
health way. The student council will rate the drink based on the criteria below.


Suggestions to Reduce the Bad Effects Caused by Disaster!

Instruction: Draw a simple evacuation plan of your residence can be used in time of disaster. Do it in a
clean Bon paper. The criteria will be based below.
Show Me The Way

Instructions: The pupil will draw a map to with measurement example (house to school, room to
canteen, and canteen to playground). The criteria below will serve as a guide in scoring the task.
Nutrition Month Cooking Contest

Instruction: The group of a student will cook and present a food that is suitable in the nutrition month
(healthy foods). The criteria below will be used as a guide of the judge to rate the outcome/
presentation.
Poster- Slogan Making

Instruction: The student will create a poster- slogan in accordance within the given theme,” Save Mother
Earth” as the celebration of the International Mother Earth Day as we build our relationship with nature.
The criteria below will be used to judge the artwork.
Food Carving Contest Rubric

Instruction: The student is required to carve a design in a fruit or vegetable as long it is applicable
suitable. The criteria below will be the based to rate the finish outcome.
