One night Dennis was on his way home drunk and threw his rum
bottles in the river.

DENNIS

here on this earth for over 60 years now and dem expect me

( Dennis throws the rum bottle in the river)

Mama Dlo eat glass! Feel I fraid you orwa. You feel ise
imnce orwa, yuh have to be mad. Ggyirl if i ever see you

MAMA DLO

( Dennis looks around)

DENNIS

MAMA DLO
No Dennis, it’s me glow

(Mama Dlo rises up from the water and reveals herself)

DENNIS
M- M- Me, nah nah i aint pelt no bottle. Me? Nah dy meh
brother Ennis.

MAMA DLO
Ogood, you rhell funny Dennis. Try comedy! You might succeed
in that one.
 DENNIS
Yeah, yeah.

( Dennis walks a way slowly and then starts to speed walk)

MAMA DLO
No, no, not so fast Dennis!

(Mama Dlo’s long hair turns into snakes and eyes turns red)

DENNIS

(Dennis begins the run)

MAMA DLO
