Character Certificate Application form with current semester Registration form/ID card and
online fee receipt copy of Rs. 200/-. (Degree in case of pass out
students)
Migration Certificate Consolidated Mark Sheet/Degree/No-Dues and Original Receipt of
Fee of Rs. 200/-.
Medium of Instruction Application form with current semester Registration form/ID card and
online fee receipt copy of Rs. 500/-.
