1. Principle of Judicial Hierarchy refers to the hierarchy of the courts in the Philippines.

The
higher courts will not entertain the case filed if not directed to the appropriate court.
Which means that it should be filed first to the MTC, RTc, CA then the Supreme Court
shall be the last resort.
2. Court of the equal stability or coordinate shall not interfere with each other, thus the RTC
cannot nullify or enjoin the decision of writ of possession decided by the other RTC.
3. Jurisdiction, once attached may not be ousted by subsequent happenings or events
although a character would have prevented jurisdiction from attaching in the first
instance and the court retains its jurisdiction until it disposes of the case.
