1. A pentagonal prism of base of side 50 mm and
height 100 mm lies on the HP on one of its rectangular
faces with its axis inclined at 45o to the VP. It is cut by a
plane perpendicular to VP and parallel to HP at a
distance of 10 mm from the top. Draw the front view
and sectional top view

2. A pentagonal pyramid of 20 mm side and height
60 mm is resting on the ground on its base with
one of its base edges perpendicular to VP. A
vertical section plane passes through the apex and
the corner opposite on the edge perpendicular to
VP. Draw the projections. Show the true shape of
the section.

3. A hexagonal pyramid of base 25 mm and axis 60
mm rests on its base edges perpendicular to the
VP. It is cut by a plane perpendicular to the VP and
inclined at 30 degrees to the HP meeting the axis
at 25 mm from the vertex.
