Venice is unlike any other city in the world and it may just be the most romantic city in the world.
It's also one of the world's great engineering feats as the whole city is built on more than 100 islands
in a marshy lagoon. Visitors flock here to get lost in Venice's maze of streets and wander along its
canals. But do be warned, Venice is expensive, there are practically no hostels, the food is generally
poor and the place is completely overrun with tourists. However, it's still one of those places that

7
everyone needs to see at least once — and you'd better hurry up because the city is slowly sinking
into the ocean.
With public transport routes limited to the main waterways, and footbridges everywhere that
require climbing stairs, it can be difficult to get around if you have heavy luggage or limited mobility,
so plan your routes carefully. Most museums and galleries close on Mondays, and many restaurants
and shops close in January when visitor numbers are at their lowest.

The play now on at the New Theatre as part of the Easter Arts Festival is not among the best plays for

The action takes place in the home of Professor Spear. One night his landlady comes to the house for
a chat After inviting her in, the professor hears a sound and, thinking it is a burglar comes to rob the
house, fires his gun. My mistake, the wrong person is short and the thief gets away.

Ever since humans have inhabited the earth, they have made use of various forms of communication.
Generally, this expression of thoughts and feelings has been in the form of oral speech. When there is
a language barrier, communication is accomplished through sign language in which motions stand for
letters, words and ideas. Tourists, the deaf, and the mute have no resort to this form of expression.

internationally: spelling, however, can not.
Body language transmits ideas or thoughts by certain actions, either intentionally or unintentionally. A
wink can be a way of flirting or indicating that the party is only joking. A nod signifies approval, while
shaking the head indicates a negative reaction.
Other forms of nonlinguistic language can be found in Braille (a system of raised dots read with
